Activation Of Student Card

    I got the card along with the letter, it says i need to ring this number to activate it but as far as i know all you need is to use it at an atm and it will be automatically activated right? I done it anyway so what do i need to do to have an account on the website?

    Can I ask if the card you received was a MasterCard or a Visa Debit card? And also what number were you asked to call to activate the card.

    Cant find find the letter now which it says the number or did i even get one? :/

    We're sorry to hear that you received a letter advising you to call to activate as a Visa Debit card can be activated at any Bank of Ireland ATM by completing a balance enquiry or cash withdrawal. Should you locate this letter, please come back to us here with the telephone number and we will be happy to investigate this further for you. 

    Registering for 365Online can be done over the phone or by completing an online registration form. Please follow this link which will guide you through the easy steps to digital banking.
