Anyone know is Clonmel processing personal probate applications?

There is a notice on www.courts.ie stating the following .....

Clonmel Probate Registry

Probate practitioners who forward their probate applications to the Clonmel Probate Registry are now requested to forward same to the Principal Probate Registry, Courts Service, Phoenix House, Smithfield, Dublin 7 as the Clonmel Probate Registry is not in a position to take applications until further notice.

No mention of applications for personal probate, anyone know the current situation? We will ring them tomorrow but would be useful if someone here can answer the question before then.
