sky - legacy f1 entitlement

I was just going through my bill and package details on the interactive section on screen.
I have hd pack for the express purpose of getting f1. That is fine.
My query relates to whether f1 is still free with hd for new subscribers? It was rumoured that from last year, new subs would need sky sports to get f1 channel but this always seem to be denied and last time I checked sky were advertising f1 as part of hd pack.
anyway when I checked out my current package, it's lists - legacy f1 entitlement.
Can I assume therefore that f1 is no longer free with hd? And I only get it because I was in before the change?
This is important as it will have an effect on how I can bargain with sky when the annual price fight takes place. I can't really dump hd for a few months if it means f1 will never come back if I take out hd later.

Probably better asking Sky directly on their talk to forum

You will have it in writing then :)

Really. You mean we are actually getting a better deal than the UK on something for a change?

Yep, I was offered the HD Pack for free in Jan cause of my interest in the F1, and they assured me it will be included with HD for the foreseeable.
