Tendering process M8 Petrol Stations

Hello, Anyone know if there was a tendering process for the petrol stations on the M8? All the new ones seem to be Topaz and I'd imagine they must be among the most profitable in the country. Regards, David

They are all privately built on private land so no. The M1,M4 and soon the 9 and 11 have PPP tendered ones though
