Critical Period Regression

Is it possible for an 18 year old to be regressed to a point before age three to compensate in some way for missing a critical developmental period. Is there anyone in Ireland doing this type of work to help address behavioural problems?
    Any advice appreciated. Liam

'Regression therapy'? Sounds very dodgy to me.
