So I've a good few questions, that slipped my mind at the interview stage. Im really looking forward to starting.

So first off, what is it generally like to work there? Is it well managed, ive worked in places where the managers can be a disaster.

He said that you have a start time, and you could finish at any time of the day(and be paid) or you could be out in an hour but are guaranteed 4 paid hours. With it coming up to the summer, what is the likely hood of 6+ hour days, I want to work as much as a can?

    How do holiday requests work?

Are you able to swap shifts and how easy is it to get a swap?

I was told the work can get very manual and strenuous, how strenuous are we talking?

Its triple pay on bank holidays, and I wasn't to sure if anything was mentioned about Sundays.

How far in advance are the rosters done?

    Is there a staff canteen/area?

    Thanks for any help :)

You will find out most things during the 5 day training.

As far I got from training was yes - you can be sent home early but you will get minimum 4 hours pay - but it is likely you will be working normal 8 hour shift and possibly longer.

You can swap shift with someone easily if they have the same training as you do.

You get an extra 1.50 on sundays I think and there's no canteen.
