SKY: Stored ITV4 won't appear in Other Channels

    Hi

    Using Sky. I went to Add Channels and found ITV4 and pressed stored and it showed a tick next to it. However, when I go to Other Channels, it's not in there. I successfully did it with Channel 5 just before this but ITV4 won't appear in it. Has anybody had this issue and did you get it resolved?

    Many thanks for any advice.

    How many "other channels" do you have stored ?
    I think there is a limit on the amount you can add. You may have to delete one to get another one in.

    I just tried to delete several from Other Channels. There was plenty of space to add ITV4 then but it still didn't appear.

    If you haven't done so already you could try to add some other channel to see if that works. If it doesn't then there is some problem not particular to ITV4. If it does work you could try to add ITV4+1. It is on 10832 H 22000 5/6.

    I am not familiar with Sky boxes myself.

    After you press the button for Store, are you pressing Select to finish the process?
