Multi Fuel Boiler Flue Smoke coming down to ground

Please help before I go crazy! We've had a wonderful multi fuel boiler professionally installed in our outdoor shed, next to our garage, about 15 metres from our house. The boiler works a treat and our home has never been warmer. The only problem is, the smoke coming from the top of the flue comes down to the ground swirling and somersaulting! Our neighbours haven't said anything to us, yet, but we don't want it to come to that. I'm disgusted with the smoke, to say the least.

The installers had a 4 metre flue on it at first, but extended it to 6 metres. This slightly improved it, but we need to cure it. They really did a great job fitting it, but have done all they can as far as the flue and smoke are concerned. The top of the flue is way above any roof ridge and there are no trees anywhere near us. We are in the country.

Is there a chimney or flue expert out there who could come to have a look at it with a view to fixing the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks.
