There is a hole in a hose in the car in the coolant system. Its leaking like a mad yoke so i end up having to put water in the coolant tank every couple of hours.

The hose is underneath the car. It runs from the bottom of the tank on the right (looking up) to the other side of the car (the thermostat?). What happened was the heat guard came loose and banged into it. Its about 1-2 inches wide at a guess.

are there two similar looking hoses, one going to the top of the radiator and one to the bottom? And it's one of them?

If so I think they are just called radiator hoses. The top one would be the radiator inlet hose, and the other one the outlet.
