Demand Deposit a/c set up via Bank of Ireland @ Work

    Hi folks, 

    My workplace (based in CityWest campus D24) avails of Bank of Ireland @ Work, and I used this service to set up a Demand Deposit account.

    The account was set up and the new visa debit card was sent out. However, I've managed to lose both the card and the account details that were sent out to me. As a result, I have not been able to cancel the card in order to obtain a new one.

    When I call in the lost/stolen card number, I'm always asked for the branch the account was set up in, but I don't know what branch was used. How can I find this out?

    I have the name of the representative I met with if that can helps.

    Apologies b34mer23,

    I should have explained this in my previous post. To send a PM, please make sure that you have signatures set to display in your control panel setting and then click in the link in my signature below to send the message. 

    If you click on your username in the top right corner, then go to Control Panel and then Edit Options. You then need to make sure you have Enable Private Messaging ticked, as well as Show Signatures. You should then be able to send us a Private Message. 

    If you experience any difficulty doing so, please just let us know here.
