Hi All - Family member is looking at an apartment and I am fairly sure it has been on the market quite a while - is there any way to establish this by example checking on long it has been online (it is on the major property sites)
    Thx

maybe post a link ? google cached pages will give you a date that might indicate how long its been there. Im sure daft add numbers are sequential

    try collapso.net

Daft.ie usually tells you when it was first listed. Though some agents get around this by taking properties down and relisting them.

As above, you can also try looking at collapso.net, but that's hit-and-miss in my experience.

Thanks everyone, I can see the date entered on Daft but I just had a sneaky feeling it was listed before that but I cannot find anything.

Usually on Daft or My Home you can see when it was listed or updated. Also it will show the views it has received which is a good indicator.
