How would you go about this. Curious to hear ideas and stories!!!

EDIT: 1 week seems pretty difficult. I'm struggling myself. Lets try maybe 2-4 weeks

Doing it for one week is hardly impossible. Doing it for 1,001 more weeks maybe.
And the chances of you being a millionaire after those 19 years are slim as you're basing that on the premise that you don't spend anything more than interested earned over that time.

Make the damned money. You'll need to buy the right paper. The print job doesn't have to be be all that impressive if you drop the €20s in city centre bars and nightclubs. You'll need a busy weekend ...bank holiday coming up. -we're talking maybe 70 passes to clear a 1k profit.
So 4 nights from Thursday through Sunday...that's maybe 12 shops a night with a revisit or two.
Monday morning - you have a thousand.

Never anything heavier than a 20 - 50s are checked.

When I was in school we did a lcvp project. Set up a business! We set up a football league!! I know not a business but we did make 900€ give or take a few euro was a few years ago! So can't remember exact figure! Not sure how much we spent if anything but that was our profit anyhow! Prob over 2/3 weeks! So it can be done!!

Taking the OP's question at face value and starting with 100 Euro, I would make set up a car-wash service. Buy the cleaning sponges, shampoo and some polish to remove the suntan lotion stains from the paint-work of cars, and tout for business in a car-park or busy public parking area, dropping flyers into surrounding businesses.
Every second or third car has those annoying suntan lotion stains and its a great time of year to have the car cleaned and polished with the good weather.
After a couple of days I would hire an immigrant to do the actual work and focus on sales & marketing.
Sounds like too much work now that I think of it. Maybe just sell bottles of Irish rain water on the internet to the Yanks.

If you managed to make 1,000 doing that then I'd double it for you. How much money do you think there is in washing cars?
You also might have to slight problem of not having a supply of running water.....

Considering you can get a decent/professional/automated car wash at a filling station for little over a fiver then I can't see you getting the 30 customers a day required (30*7*€5=€1,050) at a similar rate.
