Repairing Render damaged by Power Washer/Ivy

The render in area at the front of my house was damaged when pulling off ivy and subsequent power washing. The render looks fine but about 1-2mm had been stripped so it will look patchy when painted. If it was at the back it would be fine.

Anyone know if there is a product I could apply (preferably paint on) to smooth out the finish?

    Thanks in advance

I thought this would have been a simple task but it proved difficult to get a solution. I did get a solution so thought I'd post my solution in case anyone else has a similar issue.

I found a plasterer who recommended a product called Ceresit (available from Kilsaran). It is generally used after applying external insulation and you mix a silicone paint in with it.

It worked a treat and I shouldn't have to repaint for 10-15 years
