Hello I'm a father of three you g children which I've not seen since Christmas. I feel like I'm slipping back into depression which I'm clear of almost two years. I've tried on daily basis just even for phone contact .I know the children want to spend time with me it's their mother who is refusing to see this. When I suggested I was going to apply for acces I received a safety order in the post and now have been told not to contact at all. I've already missed my daughters birthday and now my 2 sons is coming up .I can't take much more I also live alone and have no friends to talk this about .

Sounds like you need legal advice, if your ex is blocking access then you can seek it the legal way. A safety order will not work in your favour though.

We can't offer legal advice on boards other than to suggest you talk to a solicitor.

Lawyer up. Do your research and then contract the best one you can afford. Do so sooner rather than later.

If you've done horrible things, things so horrible that she took out a protection order on you - you need a solicitor immediately.

Nothing we can say will help. You need legal advice and quickly before that safety order is escalated to a barring order.

Honestly OP there's is nothing anyone can say here other then get legal advice and speak to your GP or look for a support group for your depression. There is clearly a huge back story here that we are not aware and it doesn't matter what the details are, you need legal advice not random strangers on an internet forum.
