RAS Scheme Galway Rates landlord

    I am a landlord currently getting the limit for rent allowance in galway city for the 2 adults and 2 children in a 3 bed house of 725 monthly which is already very cheap for the area.

    I don't want to go into negotiations with the council if they think that they could get less as that would be too low for me.

    is there any landlords on here that can say how much they got? do you get lower than the rent allowance limits in area so are they better off to stay in my property on that scheme for the moment?
