Problem registering on golf club website

    Hi folks
    I joined my local golf club last week, and received my GUI card today. I went to register on the golf club site to enable online booking but I keep getting the following error

    "The registration was rejected as the Username [xxxxxxxx] you entered does not match any of the Member records current loaded in the Membership Database. Please contact the club if you believe this username is correct".

    Any help appreciated.

    Ring your club, your account hasn't been activated yet.
