I suppose. After saying that it's hard to believe we're nearly in May already. 4 more months and the season starts again.

Last year when I submitted my forms via email, I received a reply receipt email confirmation, but did not this year.

Did anyone receive an email back after electronically submitting the licence documentation?

    Thanks!

    Don't wait too long.

Suppose you had your permissions printed, signed, and dated in March, but did not submit until September. They are known to request updated permissions.

Got the renewal email on april 20th.
Since then i called to a new location to see if i could get any new permissions. The first house i called to i was asked if i could start shooting immediately!! So I'm gonna take care of some rabbits for him till September.

Incidentally, he asked about the sec42 exemption to shoot out of season, as he was gonna apply for one. I checked my deer licence when i got home and noticed it expires 31st july. What happens in August?!! Obviously no sec 42 cases then.

The new ones if granted kick in the day the old ones expire

Not necessarily I had a section that ran right up until the start of the season last year.

Still waiting for renewal forms, seems to be a thing with me each year I have ask them to check if I'm on the system as I never get a notification. No problem with the license, issued promptly and well in advance but no notification for renewal.

When I get my permissions I have a letter done up with folio number, how much land, etc just ready for them to sign

The only thing is I get them to sign 3 letters as in '14 '15 '16 to save me annoying them every year

The only thing is I stupidly put 31st July on all the letters

Can I submit the application now with this date on it or will I have to wait till after this date ?

    Thanks- Rosski

No harm in giving a ring and asking them

I rang them myself last week and discovered they had a incorrect email address for me, my renewal was sent out but not to my actual email account, all sorted now, no issues. So give 'em a buz and see .....
