Can not imagine being in any way upset at some guy communicating with - or looking at - women I know. So I see nothing in that particular context to "do" anything about. Do you find adverse emotional reactions forming inside you predicated on nothing but the direction of someone else's eyeballs? If so this might be worth consulting with those more qualified and professional than I.

In terms of someone stealing - damaging - consuming my property - there are proper channels to go through when someone has committed a crime in the work place or any other place. I would likely pursue those.

And as for issues with someone's kids - that entirely depends on the context of their infractions as to what response is viable or warranted. Usually I would have approached the people in question before I would have approached their parents however.
