2nd provisional licence expired

    my second provisional licence expired while i was abroad. the lady at the driving centre said i cant be issued a third one without evidence of a driving test.

    what this mean? it's a motorcycle licence i'm after.

    You need to apply for a driving test in whichever category is on your permit - A, A2, etc. You can bring a printout of the resulting confirmation of application email from the RSA to the NDLS, in which case you will get a one-year learner permit, or if you do the test and fail, you can bring the failure cert and get a two-year permit.
