things others see in you, that you don't see in yourself

People often tell me I look well, I have nice hair, dress well etc. On days where I feel distinctly average. Also been told that I'm engaging , witty, and articulate, and have a strong sense of who I am. I wouldnt have said that about myself in so many words.

What traits, qualities etc. do others recognise in you that you don't quite see yourself?

I'm homosexual and some people I know think I express some stereotypical personality traits, but never seem to be able to put their finger on what they are, though most people I know, including close friends, were extremely surprised and thought I was joking when I first told them. I don' think I express any stereotypical personality traits.
I've also been told I have great social skills, I would've always seen myself as somewhat socially awkward, but I suppose, I do have a lot of friends and many of them consider me very close even if I don't see them the same way, perhaps they're right, but I've never really understood why and never seen it, I can only see the evidence.
People also say I'm extremely photogenic, but I dislike practically every picture of myself I've ever seen.
