Are web sites loading, streams working, downloads working?

"FEC" errors are certainly nothing to be worried about. I get lots of these as well and my stats are extremely good. "CRC" errors would be deemed to be more serious and it does seem like there are quite a lot for the up time of only 23 minutes. You could call vodafone & ask them to check it out.

SNRs are above target, but you havent reached a profile. Line quality is likely fluctuating. Get your ISP to check out the line, those error rates are high (reboot to ensure its not counting longer than the uptime).

Thanks. What would cause line quality to fluctuate?

Also, I noticed that the upstream SNR decreases if a call is connected on the land line and increases once the call ends - should this happen? The downstream is not affected by this. Vodafone have set a 15MB profile on the upstream but it is not attaining that. There is a call out to a technician so we'll see what happens.
