I went to Cyclefit Ireland. Ian Cassidy is the guys name and he uses a system called Retul.
    Excellent in my opinion.
Using a turbo trainer with your bike he fits sensors to all the main joints on your body and then a camera system connected to computer software to analyze the fit and go from there.
Millimeter accurate and definitely worth the effort.
It took about 2.5hrs and cost 180Euro but worth it for me as I was having lots of problems and all good since then.

Gives you a complete printed report for future reference if you were to change any components you would have exact setup measurements!

Here's a thread I started on Bike Fit Studio.

Can't recommend them high enough, it might seem pricey but deffo worth the spend.
