Coincidence, or some kind of targeted operation going on?

Just headed in towards Ballycoolan this am, passed a Porsche 991 pulled in by the gards just off the N3, on the slip road for Ballycoolan, noticed the driver handing over lots of documents to the gard, didn't think much of it.

Then, opposite the NAC, another two Porsches pulled in together (Boxtster and a Panamera) with a Garda car in front, and behind them, lights flashing, and drivers stood at roadside.

Wondering if there's some active Garda operation targeting high performance cars (stolen maybe)?

Or were these lads maybe racing?

    Or, just a coincidence?

Have to admit, three Porsches, pulled in yards apart all in the space of a few mins is highly unusual.

    But, maybe a coincidence.

Heading back the opposite way again now, be interesting to see if they're still held up.
