Hi, Does anyone have experience or any info on the interview process for EO in recent years? I believe it is similar to the questionnaire part of the application with a email writing challenge. Any info appreciated. Thanks

They are competency based interviews. Here's a quick search for that on this forum:

I've definitely seen people explain the interviews here before. Some of those threads might help.

There's no specific threads with competency interviews in their titles coming up when I add "executive officer" into the search:
