Loose Spoke(s) on Month Old Bike

    Hi,

Have a month old Felt F85 with Mavic CXP22 stock wheels. Have put about 3-400km on the bike since new and just noticed a spoke on the front wheel is seriously loose, and makes a low key tone when plucked.

Most spokes are fine and make a nice high pitch ping, with only a few making a low ping.

Is this something the bike shop should be able to adjust on the spot for me?...

    Thanks

Yea it's a simple fix so bring it back to where ever you bought it and have them do it. If you don't live near the place you bought it then any bike shop can tighten the spoke. If you had a spoke wrench you could do it yourself

Most bike shops have a first free service to sort out issues like this or sable stretch or headsets/bottom brackets/whatever not being as tight as the could or should be. It's not ideal but it happens, get it looked at asap and I'd expect it to be free.

Happens a lot with any new wheel from low end to very high end wheels.
