Thank you for contacting us here on Boards.

It would be necessary to call Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 and a colleague will then be able to check the status of your ATM card for you. If necessary, they will be able to order you a new card. This phone line is open 8am to midnight Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on weekends.
