    Just giving a shout out to this great sportif on a brilliant route being organised to help provide speech and language therapy services for Down Syndrome children in the Galway area.

    Yep I plan on doing it. I haven't decided if I'll do the 100k or 144k yet though.

    Ah has to be the 144km - cuts through the hills nicely - there's 2 food stops on route...

    It'll be the 100km for me - haven't a huge amount of mileage in the legs yet this year!
