returns to sports direct?anyone?

    Anyone know the procedure??
    i ordered stuff last week,i posted back 2 tops cause they were too small,and 1 faulty item,which still had the security tag,still left on.

    will the send back out the new fixed order or just refund money onto my card??

    yeah,it says they will exchange if other sizes are still available,but wont change faulty items i think..but the website seems to say it's just going to be a refund.

    i was hoping someone had been here before and can confirm.

    Ive returned a few times to them and have had no issues. If you reordered they will just send that and I have always found them to be fast delivery..even when I accidently ordered a size 3 baby shoe instead of a kids size 3!! We laughed when we opened the package..

    I think with any website you have thirty days or something if you want a refund for any reason,tell them and return the goods as received.
    Otherwise they'll replace, or refund if they don't have anything suitable.

    No I just reordered on the form that came with the original order when I did the return as far as I remember..
