    Every year we here this and the same story happens. Big talk but nothing to show for it. Honestly I would of thought the easiest thing for the American's to do would be to run a semi professional sevens circuit. Perfect time for it in terms of the sporting window for them.

    In fairness this is true the only difference I would say this time around is it's the same company talking about it for the last 2/3 years and they've been following a plan
