No activation code….

    Set up standing order on 365 online… how long for activation code to be sent to mobile?

    Hi etymon, 

    Thank you for getting in contact with us here on Boards.ie. 

    Once your mobile number is up to date and you requested to receive the activation code by text, you should receive the 7 digit code within minutes. If you wish to confirm the mobile number which you have set up you can do so by choosing 'Manage Accounts' on the left hand side of your 365Online and then click 'Amend my mobile phone details' This will show you the last 4 digits of your mobile number

    If everything is up to date and you are still awaiting this code, you can delete the Standing Order and re add it. Alternatively, if you enter a random incorrect activation code e.g 1234567 three times this will deactivate the old code and issue a new one automatically.
