Hi all, quick query claimed cat relief last year on transfer of land to myself. Myself and my partner are looking to build there now, just wondering if I could transfer a site to herself, we are not married yet but we were thinking about getting the mortgage in her name so thus we would need the site in her name.

Just wondering are there stipulations which prevent the transfer of a site? I know that I am supposed to farm for 5 yrs after claiming CAT relief but are there any exceptions where you are building a house?
