Contract being drawn up with knowing the salary being offered

    Hi,

I had two interviews with a company based in Dublin recently.

At the end of the first interview I gave him a salary range.

At the end of the second interview he said he would draw up the contract and send it on.

Was it wise to not have already agreed on the salary before the contract is drawn up or will I just wait for it and re-neg it with the company?

    Thanks.

You gave them a range, if the salary is in that range then I don't really know what you're expecting.

I'd wait and see at this point.

    Congrats on the new job!
