Pump shower problem

I have a Redring pump shower that's 10 years old. Noticed lately that when you turn the mixer to cold the flow rate reduced a lot and when you turn it to hot flow is very good. I cleaned the filters but no result, Is the shower goosed or is there another area that could be cleaned. Didn't notice ant lime scale while…
