Seems to be the cheapest for me,
    But unable to contact them.

Anyone know what the story is with them?

I've used them with no issues. Did you try mailing or ringing them?

They have live chat function on their website.

Yes the live chat is very good. I'm with them at the min but they don't insure anything Jap, which is a shame.

Very hard to contact on the phone, but live chat works. They were perfect for me for 1 year. After that I changed to a cheaper provider (They were the cheapest that year).

Been with them for a year too, they offer outstanding value and beat my closest quite by nearly €100 however I have found it extremely difficult to get in contact with them over the phone, so have had to use the live chat function but even then you can be 30 to 40 places down the queue which can mean an hour wait to talk to anyone. Then when I did get through and questioned the very slow responses I was getting I was told 'sorry I'm dealing with several other queries at the same time' so I don't know if I'm to take that to mean that their customer care centre is actually a one-person set up because it certainly felt like it at times. It took me several weeks to get a simple document from them which they charged an 'admin fee' of 20 euro when the price of a stamp should have covered it. I'm torn now as whether to renew or not because I dread to think how difficult it would be if I did actually ever have to make a claim off them. They are the cheapest on the market for me right now, but that definitely comes at a cost in terms of service.

Only reason I went with them is I have a offence on my licence which they allowed me to have. Most other online quotes ask if you have any convictions and then sorry we do not quote you.

I stopped using them a while back but did some online quotes for another car I might get, and they and Britton quoted me about 50% of the prices I got from the other companies.

One of the reasons they are cheaper is there is no admin fees when done online. But when you want something you will have to pay for it, if you want to transfer your insurance to another car, if you lose your insurance disc, add someone to the policy you will have to pay an admin fee
123 are the same but i think their fee is 80 euros
