Micro port for charging is broken, connection to charge will not stay in, it is like the pins on the tablet are damaged so a very distraught 7 yr old. Where can I get this fixed cheaper than what Samsung say it could be appox 100 euro, are the Chinese shops just as good. Any recommendations

If you want it done cheap the chinese places should only be around the 30 or 40 mark.
