Handing shares over to Grandkids

I bought about 10,000 to 15,000 BOI shares when they were around 0.15 P. I threw in about Euro 1000 on AIB at 0.07 as a pure gamble . I always bought them with a view to giving them to my Grandkids to do with as they please in 20 or 25 years time when I will be long gone .

I am looking for a bit of info before I talk to my man so that I don't look like a complete dummy and end up paying more than I should .

Specifically how do I transfer shares from my name to theirs with the proviso they cannot be sold until a specified date .

    Thanks

Contact your solicitor, and they can arrange it for you.
