Hi just bought a 131 astra with 30km on the clock. It had problems starting and as its got a 12 month gtee from windsor its in for repair. Turns out a valve is may be blocked and now they have to replace it. My question is do u think i will have future issues with this car should i tell them to take it back? Any thoughts would be helpful. Many thanks

On a 131 car thats not the sort of trouble you want to be dealing with this early. I dont think that the dealer will simply take it back, get them to sort it and make sure you are 100% happy with the car afterwards.

What kind of trouble? The OP has been less than clear so as of yet imo we dont even know whats wrong.

doesn't that car have a 5 year manufacturers warranty anyway so you can take it back to Opel?

The car was struggling to start. You turn the key and it was choking. As per my op the mechanic said he thought a valve was blocked which was causing the problem he now says that the valve will have to be replaced.i dont know any more than that Im not sure if it has a 5 year warranty however the car is in opel garage for repair so hopefully it will get resolved.
