WTD: Mavic Ksyrium ES Front Wheel

Hi all, crashed in the Gorey over the weekend and destroyed my Mavic Ksyrium ES Clincher front wheel with carbon hub and anniversary red spoke. Am hoping to find a replacement in good condition and plenty of life left in it. Cheers.

It's a right pain, I can't drive with the cast so am relying on others for a lift and the wheel is miles n miles away.

Hi Ba,

I have a perfect front Ksrium es that you re looking for if still interested. I cracked back rim and replaced with a new set. I will take €150 for it but am based in Waterford but I might be able to get to Dublin. Let me know.

Cool. Any chance of a photo? How many miles on it?

I bought the set second hand but as new and did about 6000km on them (Sportif riding , don't race). The front is in good nick with plenty of life yet.
Haven't enough posts to allow photos but if you pm me an email I'll send them on?

Cheers Ray. My Ksyriums only had 500km and don't really want a father and son situation going on with the wheels. Thanks tho.

I think Ba was asking me about my rear wheel, but no I wasn't selling it as I am trying to fix it up. I still can sell the front one though.

No, I thought that seeing as he couldn't replace the front at the right price that he was considering cutting his losses altogether and selling his own rear wheel. Was thinking I could buy his rear and your front for a set!

But do you have a complete set for sale then?

No I don't have a complete set as the rear is damaged and needs to be fixed.

I bought my Ksyriums on here last year. Only 60km on them. They were beauties, shop condition. Have raced 4 road races and 2 cyclocross races on the rear. Apart from some turbo and occasional sunny spins that's all the use ive put through it.

Some pictures of my rear wheel. €250. It had a small wobble in it when I bought it, but had it taken into Cliff of 2 Wheels and had it nearly eliminated. Other than that great wheel with only 6 races on it and very little training miles circa 200km. Sits on a turbo when not at the races.

hi Yop, don't think I'll be down the west soon, I am fixing my rear wheel at the moment so hopefully will have a good pair soon.
