scrappage deals with no pcp/finance

Is there any scrappage/trade in deals at the moment that do not involve taking out finance/pcp?

Basically would rather buy the car outright.

Toyota are doing it now but I don't know if buying outright is an option.

I don't think any of the deals out there are dependent on doing finance.

I dont think there is anything stopping you taking out the finance and then cancelling immediately to take advantage of the deals

That doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

It's either a condition of the offer or it isn't.

Not really, all the posts I've seen are based on the uk though so you would need to look into it carefully and see if it is possible in ireland but an example is here.

Far as I know in ireland you usually need to sign a waiver to waive your right to a cooling off, or else you don't get the car till the cooling off expires.
That's my understanding of it from when I sold cars, it may be different now though.
