Gateway scheme and Public Holiday

Hello, Does anyone know the rules re: bank / public holiday when on the gateway Scheme if a) you normally work that day or b) you always have that day eg Monday off. With a regular job , part-time it would be 20% of the weekly wage but I'm assuming Gateway is different..? Thanks!

on Tus if you were off on that day anyway, I think it use count as 4.5 hours on time sheets.
if your were due to work it it counted as full day off 8 hours.
