    I was looking on adverts to pick up a second hand 3ds, but when compared to the price on amazon, it might be worth someone's while to buy new instead. Note that the only colours are pink and white.

    Just thought I'd bump this to say argos have the 3ds xl with super mario 2 and pokemon white for €180. I assume this is the old model, but seems to be a good price.

    The arse has fallen out of these second hand. Sold my mint xl for 130 with charger and game the other day on adverts.

    Yeah, I've been looking over the last couple of weeks to pick up a second hand 3ds, then considered paying a few quid more for a new old model. That got me looking at second hand xl models, now I'm considering the one in argos. Defo a good time to buy.

    Nintendo not really good at reducing their prices feel like I've been waiting for the 3ds xl price to drop for 2 years now but never moved too much except for the odd special offer

    So this Argos price looks ok

    Still have the original gray fat ds

    Just a follow up to say I bought the XL in Argos for €180, then traded in Pokemon White 2 for €15 to CEX. So a brand new 3DS XL with Super Mario 2 for €165, not too bad at all.
