Classic mini for restoration WANTED

    I'm looking for a classic mini between 1980-1990 to restore. Cooper/S, Mayfair, One, 1000 doesn't matter(No vans, too expensive for me). Been looking around all the usual sites but there is slim pickings. I'm hoping there are more out there in the Republic than those sites show. I would prefer is the engine was working and the log book is an absolute must. Anyone have any connections ? Also would love to hear from anyone who has ever restored a mini or any car to learn from you and hear your stories.
