Why do some people get offended by it? It's a great word when the cap fits! It's not literally meant as ladypart.

I've already started my preparations and picked up a few things in John Lewis

Pro Tip, 1988 calendars can be reused next year.

A vintage present that also useful, and you might pick up one cheap in a charity shop.

I don't mind as long as it's not a bunch of cats taped together

Its like the word clitoris, just slips off the tongue

"A person I know died of the Big C"

"You mean cancer, don't be afraid to say it"

    "No, she drowned"

I realise that only works in the spoken word.

Ricky Gervais uses it quite a lot.

Because sometimes the cap doesn't fit. That's when a woman has to use a dam for her lady part...

Now 'knob jockey' on the other hand, that's one that gave me a bit of a WTF? moment :pac:

As Marie Antoinette once said "Let them eat c***"

"Well, yeah, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man"

It's one of those words that I save for extremes. It is horrible though and it's even worse when women use it, I'm a woman so I can say that, it just sounds skanky. That and 'gowl', nothing makes a woman sound like a member of our nomadic brethren quite like using the word 'gowl'.

    Gowl is a beautiful word.

It's an ugly word that sounds jarring, I hate it and don't use it. I don't particularly care if other people use it, but I never will.

It's pretty unrivalled as a choice bit of derogatory nomenclature and I shall never stop using it.
