    I live close by and I think there may have been Fire Safety issues with apartnment blocks in the same estate which delayed occupancy if I remember correctly. Timber frame houses and with the wind like it was yesterday it seems to have been the perfect storm.

    I honestly dont know but looking at the attic areas on this link it does not appear so
