    Hi all,

Contemplating doing the Chi running course this weekend. Has anyone here done it and if so is it worth it?
It's €120 for the course so not cheap. Want to make sure it's not money down the pan!

    Thanks

What did you gain from the course? Often thought about this course.

If it's Catherina McKiernan's course I did it a few years ago and I recommend it. Plenty of good advice about running posture, and since then I've had almost no injuries.

+1 Same here without the injuries...

Same here, what I got from it was posture when running and technique really..

I have been injured a huge amount less since doing it, there could clearly be many reasons for that. I would think my yearly mileage is down about 10%, but I was only at the physio 3 or 4 times in all of 2014 [and two of them were because I fell over a tree and bruised my ribs!!], where I claimed back over a grand from insurance in physio alone from 2012 and 2013

Same here. No injuries in 3+ years since doing it. Tbh I would only do the course with someone who was an ex elite like her as there are prob yoga teachers out there who go him that could make me a few euro.
