    Good morning,

I've just been connected to an electric ireland suply and have received a letter in the post confirming this.

But the letter gives no details as to what traffif I am on.

I would like to know the following:
    • Rural or Urban
    • Traffif name
    • Cost/kWh
    • Annual charge
    [*]

I can PM my account number (this is all I got on the letter) if this will help you find the info.

    Thanks,

    WM

    Hi WM,

You can of course send us a private message. We would need the name, address, account number and telephone number or date of birth on the account. Can you also please confirm what you mean by annual charge? Are you referring to the daily standing charge or the PSO levy?

    Regards,
    Aoife

    Hi Aoife,

When  I look at a website which compares providers it shows me with an annual charge. I assume this is the "daily standing charge" which you mention.

I will send you a PM now with the details.

    Thanks,

    WM
