Sometimes the new stock lands into the sale category as same code as the older item it is replacing, or perhaps were clearing one particular colour etc. Has happened in the past that they might do an additional 20% off sale stock to clear items just before sale ends (very soon!) and then the new stuff gets the 20% applied as system treats it as sale items. So keep an eye out!

To be clear, this code works with the sale items! Just saying because these codes often don't work with sale items.

Sale is in-store too (in Jervis anyway). Only thing is there's not a huge amount, but I still picked up a natty pair of shoes down from 100 to 32, and a good quality zippy cardy from 50 down to 16. Worth a look!

They sent me a "30% off your next online order" code this morning. So I've rebought everything with an extra 30% off and will return everything under their amazing no quibble returns policy.

That's what I was wondering aswell. I think usually the m&s codes are general ones that everyone can use and just get sent by email? I haven't got one tho

Was ordering just short of €100 worth of stuff on Wednesday morning. Whilst checking out, it popped up with a code for €8 off if I ordered "today". Used that to bring the order down to just under €90.

When selecting shipping, the express option (normally €9.95) was free as I was ordering over €79, so I selected that.

The order was shipped Wednesday evening, arrived in the Athlone depot this morning at 1am, and is out for delivery here in Cork as we speak.

Some bloody service that.

FYI: Returns

I had to return a couple of items as they didn't fit. It stated on the receipt/invoice to only return by post. One of the items came from the UK, so it would of being expensive sending it back.

I decided to chance my arm and return them in the local M&S store, they refunded me no hassle.

Unofficially, here are the category sale links, still valid (items can also be found on main site, just takes longer browsing!). A bit mixed through with full price items now that have replaced the sale stuff but still good bargains there and reductions over 70% in some cases. Just filter results by "price low to high" for the quickest way to see the items still reduced in each category.

Jasus the euro v sterling prices are bad, and that's with the awful exchange rate at the moment. Looking at a coat there, €175. Its £110 on the UK site, €152. 15% dearer!?!
