You need to get onto your network provider, ask them to investigate it.

If it came up as Unknown it would be a lot more difficult than Private for your provider to find out who was calling you. In reality you can try your provider but it is unlikely you will get any joy unless a crime is related. As a fix you can try to block withheld or request withheld callers to enter their number. Ask your provider about this.
