About the sterile cockpit rule, which from what I read applies from when the plane leaves the gate until it reaches a predetermined altitude: What's the interpretation of the sterile cockpit where say a plane is held in the queue on the ground for an hour? (i.e. queue is not moving, 3-4 planes ahead, engines on, cabin…
