Easy slow cooker recipies

Hi All Just bought a new slow cooker and looking for recipe ideas if anyone has any they'd like to share? Ideally simple as in not too many ingredients, save me buying toooo much in. Also, a good Irish stew recipe would be ideal too.... thanks :D
